Curriculum Planning Committee Meeting Dates and Deadlines 2011-2012

The Curriculum Planning Committee of the Biological Sciences Division typically meets the second Monday of each month at noon. Specific meeting dates are listed below. All items for the agenda must be received by divisional committees staff by noon three weeks before the meeting at which action is requested.

• September 12 (deadline: noon on August 22): Course changes for the Spring 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the September meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
• October 10 (deadline: noon on September 19)
• November 14 (deadline: noon on October 24)
• December 12 (deadline: noon on November 21): Course changes for the Summer 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the December meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
• January 23 (note: fourth Monday) (deadline: noon on January 2)
• February 13 (deadline: noon on January 23): Course changes for the Fall 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the February meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
• March 12 (deadline: noon on February 20)
• April 9 (deadline: noon on March 19)
• May 7 (note: first Monday) (deadline: noon on April 16)
