Meeting Dates and Deadlines 2011-2012

The Physical Sciences Divisional Committee typically meets at 1:15 p.m. the first Thursday of each month except January. Specific dates are listed below. All items for the agenda must be received by divisional committees staff by noon three weeks before the meeting at which action is requested.

September 8 (note: second Thursday) (deadline: noon on August 18): Course changes for the Spring 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the September meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
October 6 (deadline: noon on September 15)
November 3 (deadline: noon on October 13)
December 1 (deadline: noon on November 10): Course changes for the Summer 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the December meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
February 2 (deadline: noon on January 12): Course changes for the Fall 2012 Schedule of Classes must be approved no later than the February meeting. New courses can be added at any time.
March 1 (deadline: noon on February 9)
April 12 (note: second Thursday) (deadline: noon on March 22)
May 3 (deadline: noon on April 12)

Other deadlines:

January 3: Deadline for nominations for the Hilldale Award. The call for nominations will be sent in the fall.
February 1: Deadline for nominations for the Hilldale Lecture 2012-2013. The call for nominations will be sent in the fall.
